XTOURS platform involves several interactive routes, also called Extended Reality Holotours in which is possible to visit the most important historical cities and the most famous archaeological sites of the world.
This technology, based on non-occlusive immersive Extended Reality, allows the interaction with the surrounding environment which, during the tour experience, is enriched by virtual contents.
The visitor, guided by an Artificial Intelligence, will be able to walk through a path split in stages, each of them contain digital models of historical, artistic and architectonic works, reconstructed and modelled for the purpose by a team of experts.
He will be accompanied along the path by a virtual guide that will show and describe the contents with historical and archaeological notes, edited by professionals.
The tour allows the visit of historical worlds from the past or not yet explored futuristic worlds, generating an enjoyable and accessible touristic experience, never seen before.
